Vicki Swarthout has always enjoyed beachcombing and collecting rocks. She began tumbling and polishing those that she had collected, but soon realized that she wanted a way to display them other than placing them in jars or on tabletops. With some creativity, she discovered that she could make wearable art with the polished rocks by wrapping them in wire. 

She is always experimenting with new designs for her art, and looks forward to every time she can get back to the beach to collect more.
