Kolina Mako enjoys the outdoors and is inspired by the beauty of Michigan’s nature. She owns a tree and stump grinding company with her husband and enjoys the opportunity to work outside. 

When she’s not working, she is likely crafting. She has worked with beads from a young age, when her grandma first introduced her to beaded jewelry. Her bead stakes that are sold in the gift shop can be used indoors, outdoors, as well as with faux plants for people who can’t have live plants indoors.
